ClockComm Overview

ClockComm software is an application for handling communications with InTagral time clock and its configuration management.

 

ClockComm performs two basic functions:
• Communication by scheduler using polling method to download transactions and also upload list of employees, authorizations, clock firmware and parameters.
• Configuration module that enables setting clock definitions and parameters for each clock such as clock key mapping, date and time setting including DST, clock entry exit times and employees card definition.

 

ClockCcomm supports four different methods of communications between the time clocks and the host PC:
•  Direct (via RS232 cable)
•  Modem (via internal/external modem)
•  RS485 Multi point
•  LAN (using TCP/IP protocol)

 

ClockComm supports fingerprint module, on-line query server, door activation and bell ringing time table.

 

ClockComm operates on a standard personal computer. It can interface with 3rd party T&A software.
