Development tool kit(DTK) includes a Software Development Kit (SDK)
Our development tool kit package includes two Net-955 units, a set of software tools, and an interface unit for connecting the MDT to a PC during the development stage. The application developer may use the demo program, provided in source code, as a starting point in coding the application. A basic messaging application program is provided in source code. This program demonstrates the use of the utility library routines, as well as providing some re-usable routines for handling common functions such as time-outs. The code of the demo program provides a general framework for a program handling the user interface as a foreground task while communications and other tasks (such as printing) are handled as background tasks. The demo application utilizes the emulation environment components so that it can be coded and run on a PC under DOS. The software tools are now available in "C" as well as Pascal.
